Description
3- and 10-Day Repair
Our 3- and 10-Day Repair options increase uptime and keep your devices (and business) running smoothly.
How does it work?
When a device goes down, order a per incident repair. An RMA with shipping instructions will be provided to include with shipment to our repair center and ship it to our repair center. Once received, we’ll repair it and ship it back to you within 3 or 10 business days as ordered. We accept devices from all the leading brands, making it easy for you to get your devices repaired in a timely fashion.
Terms + Conditions
As contracted on per incident service when customer ships the defective device to our depot repair center. Included with repair is a thorough inspection including testing, cleaning, adjustments and lubrication. Teksetra will complete the service and ship the device within 3 business days of receipt via ground shipment. Pricing includes all labor and returning shipping via UPS Ground. Inbound shipment is not included. Normal exclusions apply including acts of God, replacement of consumables and user abuse. If repairs are needed over and above what is covered in RMA Terms and Conditions, Teksetra will notify customer to approve these additional repairs. Customer has 30 days for approval, and therefore device will be returned to the customer. Customer will be invoiced diagnostic fees whether additional repairs are done to the device. No trouble found (NTF) on initial Incident/RMAs will be noted per each customer. Receipt of an incident/RMA on same device with NTF will be invoiced all diagnostic fees.
Next-Day Replacement
Our Next-Day Replacement option increases uptime and keeps your devices (and business) running smoothly.
How does it work?
When a device goes down, order a next-day replacement for exchange with the Teksetra v. We’ll ship an identical make and model to your establishment by the next business day. When it arrives, simply place your broken device in the same shipping box and send it back to us. It’s that easy.
Terms + Conditions
Defective device(s) listed above must be returned to Teksetra less than 45 business days after the next-day replacement is issued. Ensure that you do not return the new device just sent to you. If defective device(s) are not returned within the specified timeline, you (or your customer) will be billed for the cost of the defective device(s). Defective device(s) returned delinquently outside of this specified timeline will not be credited. Normal exclusions apply including acts of God, replacement of consumables and user abuse.
