With Next-Day Replacement, our best seller, we ship an identical replacement device that you receive the next business day. You send the broken device back to us with the enclosed label to complete the Advanced Unit Exchange (AUE). It is the easiest way to ensure you have almost no downtime due to a device, ever.
Quick Turn and Standard Repair are shipped to Teksetra and repaired within 3 or 10 business days once received, returned via UPS Ground.

Next-Day Replacement
Our Next-Day Replacement option increases uptime and keeps your devices (and business) running smoothly.
How does it work?
When a device goes down, order a next-day replacement for exchange with Teksetra. We’ll ship an identical make and model to your establishment by the next business day. When it arrives, simply place your broken device in the same shipping box and send it back to us. It’s that easy.
Terms + Conditions
Defective device listed above must be returned to Teksetra less than 45 business days after the AUE replacement is issued. Ensure that you do not return the new device just sent to you. If defective device is not returned within the specified timeline, you (or your customer) will be billed for the cost of the unreturned, defective device.
Quick Turn and Standard Repair
Our Quick Turn and Standard Repair options increase uptime and keep your devices (and business) running smoothly.
How does it work?
When a device goes down, order a per incident repair. An RMA with shipping instructions will be provided to include with shipment to our repair center and ship it to our repair center. Once received, we’ll repair it and ship it back to you within 3 or 10 business days as ordered. We accept devices from all the leading brands, making it easy for you to get your devices repaired in a timely fashion.
Terms + Conditions
A contracted or per incident service when the customer ships the defective device(s) to Teksetra depot repair center. Included with repair service is a thorough inspection including testing, cleaning, adjustments and lubrication. Customer is responsible for the freight to and from the depot center for repair services. Teksetra will complete the service and ship the device(s) within 3/10 business days of receipt via ground shipment. Normal exclusions apply including acts of God, replacement of consumables and user abuse. If repairs are needed over and above what is covered, and or parts exceed $15.00, Teksetra will notify the customer to approve these additional
