Returns for Credit
BLM Technologies, Inc., doing business as Teksetra™ (“Teksetra™”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), accepts hardware returns within 30 days of shipment date, contingent upon approval. All returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee, and original shipment and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. Service and installation fees are not eligible for reimbursement.
Audiovisual equipment, including sound masking technology, is eligible for return with provisions: The physical hardware is accepted with a 20 percent restocking fee, and must be in working physical condition without user damage. Any wires, cabling or accessories involved in the installation process are not returnable, nor is the installation fee. A fee equivalent to that of installation will be applied to the removal of the hardware.
Demo equipment is invoiced upon shipment. Unless an extension has been granted by Teksetra, demo equipment is only eligible for return within the 30 day demo period. Please contact [email protected] or 1-877-287-6435 to request return instructions, or see below for general returns.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If a unit arrives at your facility DOA, please contact [email protected] or 1-877-287-6435 to request a replacement unit and return instructions. Replacement units are subject to approval. If necessary, Teksetra may offer repair options instead.

Place equipment in the box in which it arrived, along with all original packing materials, documentation and all accessories and cables that came with the item. You will be billed for all missing parts, accessories or cables. Do not write on or mark box. Mark the shipping label with credit return# or RMA# and return to the address provided by Teksetra. Once you have shipped the box, send tracking number for return shipment to [email protected].
Keep the return number or credit return/RMA number for your records.
