Since 1974, we’ve provided customer-focused technology solutions that increase uptime and strengthen enterprise ecosystems. Originally founded as Kennsco Incorporated, our business began with a focus on providing banks and financial institutions with printing systems that would support critical day-to-day business operations.
Over time, Kennsco was acquired by three business partners, Gary Beyer, Michael Labate, and Ronald Meinhardt, who combined the initials of their last names to form BLM Technologies. With this partnership, our company grew to support more solutions for more industries including healthcare organizations, governmental agencies, retail franchises, hospitality services and beyond.
In 2008, our company expanded ownership to employees through an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). This collaborative and consultative approach motivates our employees to ensure that customers are completely supported, informed, and satisfied.
In 2015, we appointed Kevin Flaherty as our CEO and President. Under his leadership we added Audio/Video solutions to our portfolio and strengthened our ability to provide customers with essential technology service and support solutions.
As our company evolved, so did our name. In 2021 we became Teksetra –– a name that reflects our ever-expanding passion to be the trusted, flexible, and responsive force behind our customers’ technology ecosystems. Today, Teksetra provides end-to-end solutions for the challenges of thousands of customers nationwide. We help companies get the most value from their technology infrastructure by identifying opportunities for efficiency, leveraging existing equipment, recommending new products, and deploying integrated service, support, and automation solutions.
