BLM Technologies Honored With ESGR “Above And Beyond” Award
May 9, 2019Minneapolis – May 9, 2019 – BLM Technologies, a leading single-source provider of complete technology solutions, today announced the company has been awarded the “Above and Beyond” award from ESGR (Employer Support of Guard and Reserve) in recognition of BLM Technologies’ extraordinary patriotic support of and cooperation to their employees’ spouses.
Debbie Schwake, vice president of Marketing of BLM Technologies, accepted the award on behalf of the company from Tom Simonet, Minnesota ESGR State Chair, and Col. Thousands of American employers, including BLM Technologies, have reviewed and amended their current human resources policies to ensure compliance with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). However, the ESGR recognizes a small percentage of organizations that employ Guard and Reserve members and who have gone above and beyond these legal requirements. This year, BLM Technologies was among a prestigious group of only 35 award recipients, including some of the largest companies in Minnesota.
