Standard Repair
Our Receipt Printer Standard (10-Day) Repair Warranty increases uptime and keeps your devices (and business) running smoothly. This contract covers a full year of repair for a single annual fee.
How does it work?
When a device goes down, ship it to our repair center. Once received, we’ll repair it and ship it back to you within 10 business days. We accept devices from all the leading brands, making it easy for you to get your devices repaired in a timely fashion. Shipping cost to Teksetra and return shipping cost are not included in warranty coverage.
After purchase, we will confirm the device and serial number that you would like placed on contract via the email you provide at checkout. If you purchase an eligible receipt printer at the same time as a contract, we will assign this receipt printer to the contract.
Terms + Conditions
This contract is 1 year in length. One device per contract. Included with repair is a thorough inspection including testing, cleaning, adjustments and lubrication. Teksetra will complete the service and ship the device within 3 business days of receipt via ground shipment. Pricing includes all labor and parts. Normal exclusions apply including replacement of consumables and user abuse. If repairs are needed over and above what is covered in RMA Terms and Conditions, Teksetra will notify customer to approve these additional repairs. Customer has 30 days for approval, and therefore device will be returned to the customer. Customer will be invoiced diagnostic fees whether additional repairs are done to the device. No trouble found (NTF) on initial Incident/RMAs will be noted per each customer. Receipt of an incident/RMA on same device with NTF will be invoiced all diagnostic fees.
