Three warranty options: Next Day-Replacement, quick turn repair and standard repair available for select scanners and printers. Even if your manufacturer’s warranty has expired, you can still stay protected with coverage from Teksetra and our manufacturer authorized repair center.

With Next-Day Replacement, our best seller, we ship an identical replacement device that you receive the next business day with free shippin! You send the broken device back to us with the enclosed label to complete the Advanced Unit Exchange (AUE). It is the easiest way to ensure you have almost no downtime due to a device, ever. You can even upgrade your existing manufacturer’s warranty with Teksetra’s next-day replacement contract for avoid long repair wait times and add peace of mind.

Quick Turn and Standard Repair options allow you to ship your product to Teksetra for expert repair, with a return time of 3 or 10 business days, ensuring minimal downtime. Repairs are sent back via UPS Ground, providing a reliable and efficient solution to keep your operations running smoothly.

Next-Day Replacement

Our Next-Day Replacement option increases uptime and keeps your devices (and business) running smoothly. This contract covers a full year of advanced unit exchange (AUE) for a single annual fee. Enhance your existing manufacturer’s warranty to avoid long repair wait times or upgrade and extend coverage to minimize downtime and keep your device running without interruption.  This contract covers a full year of AUE for a single annual fee.

How does it work?

When a device goes down, place a request with the Teksetra team by phone, email, or Service Portal. We’ll ship an identical make and model to your establishment by the next business day. When it arrives, simply place your broken device in the same shipping box and send it back to us. It’s that easy.

After purchase, we will confirm the device and serial number that you would like placed on contract via the email you provide at checkout. If you purchase an eligible scanner at the same time as a contract, we will assign this scanner to the contract.

Terms + Conditions
Defective device listed above must be returned to Teksetra less than 45 business days after the AUE replacement is issued. Ensure that you do not return the new device just sent to you. If defective device is not returned within the specified timeline, you (or your customer) will be billed for the cost of the unreturned, defective device. This contract is 1 year in length. One device per contract.

Quick Turn and Standard Repair

Our 3-Day Quick Turn and 10-Day Standard Repair options maximize uptime, ensuring your devices—and your business—operate seamlessly. Quick Turn coverage allows to augment or extend your manufacturer’s warranty while standard repair gives you the confidence of security of extended warranty coverage. Contract covers a full year of repair for a single annual fee.

How does it work?
When a device goes down, ship it to our repair center. Once received, we’ll repair it and ship it back to you within your contract time–3 or 10 business days. We accept devices from all the leading brands, making it easy for you to get your devices repaired in a timely fashion. Shipping cost to Teksetra and return shipping cost are not included in warranty coverage.

After purchase, we will confirm the device and serial number that you would like placed on contract via the email you provide at checkout. If you purchase an eligible device at the same time as a contract, we will assign this device to the contract.

Terms + Conditions
A contracted or per incident service when the customer ships the defective device(s) to Teksetra depot repair center. Included with repair service is a thorough inspection including testing, cleaning, adjustments and lubrication. Customer is responsible for the freight to and from the depot center for repair services. Teksetra will complete the service and ship the device(s) within 3 business days of receipt via ground shipment. Normal exclusions apply including acts of God, replacement of consumables and user abuse. If repairs are needed over and above what is covered, and or parts exceed $15.00, Teksetra will notify the customer to approve these additional repairs. Customer has 21 business days from initial day of contact for part approval; and therefore device(s) will be returned to the customer. Customer will be invoiced diagnostic fee of $45.00 (per device) whether additional repairs are done to the device(s). No trouble found (NTF) on initial Incident RMA will be noted per each customer. Receipt of an RMA on same device/unit with NTF will be invoiced the fee of $45.00. This contract is 1 year in length. One device per contract.
