A major national bank has been a customer of Teksetra for more than 30 years. The partnership started with this longtime customer by servicing all equipment in the bank’s retail branches, including repair and support services for their teller line devices (check scanners, receipt printers), desktop devices, printers, and servers.
After many years of successfully servicing their branch equipment, Teksetra’s partnership grew with the bank by expanding service offerings into other lines of business within the bank’s organization. Teksetra was awarded to provide project management services for the bank, including lifecycle refreshes for hardware and software, relocation services, and installs/moves/adds/changes (IMAC) work for them across the country. Miscellaneous services, such as cabling, network closet clean up, asset management, and next day support for relocations or refresh were also frequently performed by Teksetra’s team. In 2016, Teksetra began a major project with the national bank by upgrading their online banking systems and scanners for their retail branch locations across the US.
In 2017, Teksetra provided them with additional project management services, which included card reader upgrades for all of their branches, and the Windows 10 upgrade project began later that year.
